Back in November we had a water stain appear rapidly on our garage ceiling right below our master bath.  We shut off the water and called 911 Restoration and they came out within 24 hour.  From the beginning to the end Mike and David were great to work with.  Mike did an excellent job with the demo and communicated all through the process what he was doing.  Mike helped us work through what turned out to be a challenging insurance claim as the company refused to pay at first and David went above and beyond putting together the evidence needs to change the insurance company's decision.

They obviously knew what they were doing from start to finish and worked with us as well as with our insurance company to make the best of an unfortunate situation. David is hands down the contractor you should use for your emergency remediation needs.  We returned to our town-home from vacation to find our neighbor's pipe had burst and was pouring hot water into our crawlspace for an unknown amount of time. (Hot water + stagnant air = MOLD.)  After interviewing five different mediation companies, David at 911 Restoration was the obvious choice for me.  He was the only contractor that understood the urgency of dealing with mold.  He alerted me to the dangers of living with mold (I have severe asthma) and was genuinely concerned about our health.  He helped me to understand the insurance process and made a difficult time much easier to comprehend.  He handled everything we needed, including some of the more difficult conversations with the insurance adjuster.  Unlike the companies your insurance company will recommend to you, David at 911 Restoration actually works for YOU and the difference in his approach is astounding.

After the mold remediation was complete and as he and his crew were working on the water remediation (water had seeped through the crawlspace insulation and up through the first floor, cupping every 3/4" hard wood plank) David discovered water still sitting under the tile floors and obtained insurance approval to remove the tiles.  Thank God he did! Under the tile was not one, but two layers of asbestos filled linoleum!  Again - David and the 911 Restoration team to the rescue as they completed the asbestos remediation.
